*Buffed the damage of all npcs in Hellfire Ramparts so you can no longer pull the whole instance.

*Changed the required level of World Boss Daily Quests to 255, so players can no longer multibox level 1 characters and endlessly farm mats.

*Buffed Warlock spell(talent) Death Coil healing, now it heals about 350% of the damage dealt.

*Fixed DK - Ghoul Frenzy heal, now it should not kill your pet and heal the right amount ~60% of your pets health under the duration of the spell.

*Slightly buffed all 4 levels of VIP gear, to make it still somewhat better than the level 30 Level Gear, weapon damage has been buffed significantly on VIP weapons.

*Increased the drop chance of Event Item for the new shirt event from 80% to 100% and spawned some more npcs.

*Added Boss Heads with 20%, Armor and Weapon Shards with 50% drop chance to the Event NPCs.

* The last 5 versions of the 2018 Event shirt (+11-15) are now account bound, but you can only continue upgrading them on the same character you started on, for now.

*Buffed all warrior (discuss Warrior balancing:https://forum.havoc-wow.com/index.php?/forum/54-warrior/) abilities by 30%, Shield Slam by 100%. Still needs work and feedback.

*Nerfed shaman (discuss Shaman balancing: https://forum.havoc-wow.com/index.php?/forum/52-shaman/) damage by 5-25%, might not be enough.

-Riptide Healing lowered by aprox. 30% and heal over time by 25%.

-Healing Stream Totem Healing lowered by aprox. 40%.

-Chain Heal healing lowered by 10%.

-Damage of Curse of Agony lowered by 50%.

-Damage of Immolate lowered by 30%

-Damage of Conflagrate lowered by 40%

-Chaos Bolt damage increased by ~25%

-Shadowburn damage increased by 300%

-Soulfire damage increased by 300%

-Health Funnel healing lowered by 30%.

-Shadow bolt damage increased by 10%

-Incinerate damage increased by ~150%

-Rain of Fire damage increased by 90%

*Paladin changes.

-Judgement of Light damage lowered by 20%.

-Crusader Strike damage increased by 60%

-Holy Shock damage increased by 100% and healing by 10%.

-Exorcism damage increased by 20%

-Holy Light healing increased by 15%

-Flash of Light healing increased by 10%

-Seal of Righteousness damage increased by 30%

*Items:

-Fixed the InventoryType of Artifact Transmog Items, now they should be transmogable.

-Added the 62 resil and 62k stamina and 77 resil and 77k stamina pvp gems to the PVP Vendor in the mall, for 20k and 50k honor, they were also removed from the webshop.
