Current behavior: Warrior skill: shield slam: has no scaling from block value , and deals a set amount of damage around 5.8k-6.3k Paladin skill : shield of Righteousness: has no scaling from block value, and deals a set amount of damage around 11k-11.5k Expected behavior: Both skills should scale off block value,(which you get in large quantities from strength) or at the very least attack power Reproduce steps: 1. have no gear on use skill 2. put full gear on and also use skill. "edit" note": may be caused by the hard cap on both the skills shield slam: Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): The benefit from additional block value this ability gains is now subject to diminishing returns. Diminishing returns occur once block value exceeds 30 times the player's level and caps the maximum damage benefit from shield block value at 34.5 times the player's level. shield of righteousness: Patch 3.2.0 (04-Aug-2009): Now deals 100% of shield block value as damage instead of 130%. In addition, the benefit from additional block value this ability gains is now subject to diminishing returns. Diminishing returns occur once block value exceeds 30 times the player's level and caps the maximum damage benefit from shield block value at 38 times the player's level.
