There is two ways you are able to level up your VIP, one is by Voting and other one is by buying [VIP Level +1 (MAX 5)] from our Store. Voting - To level up by voting, you need to vote a total of 50 votes for next rank. So basically by  every 12 hours voting for all sites you get 12 votes. VIP Level +1 (MAX 5) - You can purchase this item from out store, for each [VIP Level +1 (MAX 5)] you level up your VIP level by one. It costs 5 DP each You can check out what commands you have as a VIP by typing #commands in say chat.   Current list of commands VIP Level 0 /say #buff - You get different kind of buffs based on your VIP level. My name is Travis! Pleased to meet you. I currently live, and have all my life here in the United States, Georgia. I'm very musically inclined and right brain sided, so I strive for things artistic. I play the guitar, Sing, and love to play video games, specifically rpg, and even TCG (trading card games) I'm 25 and I'll be 26 in about three months from now. 12)Approximately how many hours weekly are you willing to dedicate if you are hired ?12-14, possibly more, depending on the situation in life. 13)What qualities do you possess that can be beneficial for our server ? Ability to handle tickets, and prior experience to playing the server for close to two years I know most of the quests, and items in-game that are "Havoc" Related. 14)What would you do if a player is doing something wrong and yet there is no rule against it ? Report to a staff member who has more knowledge of the situation and can discern the issue, unless it's something that's tied to a relatable offense it should be handled anyway, but always ask another GM if not sure. 15)What would you do if you catch a player being disrespectful towards a staff member ? Try to end the conversation as quickly as possible in a safe manner that won't cause more trouble. 16)Can you, please briefly outline the contributions you currently make to the Community ? I've done some runs, gave Auchenai Crypt, VIP Zone, and VIP instance gear, along with Dungeon 6 to players in need. I'm also very motive driven as well as following instructions, so if you have instructions, I may need to hear them and then I will go from there. Scenario Questions [Mandatory] 1. A Player makes a ticket asking you to give him items because he is unable to get them himself, such as original Legendary Weapons, how do you respond? I tell him that it is something I am not allowed to do, and then proceed to show him how to obtain the Weapons! 2. You have muted a player for being disrespectful towards the Staff, he then makes a Ticket cussing, insulting and persistently insults you and/or other staff members, what do you do? Turn this over to a higher GM asking what is the next step, after warning the player with a mute. It's not tolerable and is no way Not spoken in the terms and conditions/rules of the server. 3. You find a player hacking on our Server, what do you do to minimize the situation, if you're unable to ban him? Wait just a moment to catch any more attempts of hacking, if all else fails, just keep an eye out on them. Hacking is an issue, but you can't spend all day finding the player. Inform other staff. 4. Your friends are asking you to host an Event so they're able to get a new mount or another available reward they currently do not have, how do you proceed? If hosting an event is in my position, I just tell them I can make an event possibly later, but also let them know, ( if new event GM ) I can't hand out the rewards, I don't have the authority. If I did, I would have to make an event for EVERYONE, and not just my friends. Also can only give them what I'm able to give. It can't go no further. 5. You first come online and you notice that there are 2 other Staff Members online yet there is still a high number of tickets active but have remained un-answered, what would you do to help but avoid the same situation in the future? Try to resolve the tickets. One way being if the ticket wasn't resolved in a very long while, close the ticket, send a message through the mailbox stating sorry we couldn't get to you while you were ( if offline) not online. Please remake your ticket. Another way is just try your best.

Will a player make a ticket asking you to give him things because he, as an original legendary weapon, cannot respond? > I would like to remind players that I can't give away things and that all things are freely available in wowhead, Havoc armory or server tasks, if there is a problem, I try to solve it 2. Have you muted the player that he is disrespectful to the staffs and then shoot, offend and chase you and / or other employees, what are you doing? > The first ticket pointed to his behavior, should the situation recur, I would ban 1d game and send it to employees to solve it 3. On our server you will find a hacker, what do you do to minimize the situation if you cannot deactivate it? > I would like to take a picture of a hacker as evidence and warn him to stop this activity if the situation comes back, I would freeze it by sending it to employees 4. Will your friends ask you to organize an event so that they can get a new peak or other affordable reward they don't currently have, what are you doing? > all players must be equal, events should be announced at least 2 hours in advance to allow players to join 5. First, go online and note that there are 2 other employees online, but a large number of tickets are still active but remain unanswered. What would you do to help but avoid the same situation in the future? > I'm looking for tickets, if I have a chance to solve them, I will help. However, I do not know everything if it is beyond my authority and power, so I pass it on to an employee who could solve it.
